OPEN DAY - WEDNESDAY 17 JUNE
There's a lot to know about being a homestay host and how to best support the student(s) in your care. The Kapiti College International Department is here to support you and your student in this journey so you can have an experience in which everyone thrives.
The Kapiti College International programme must comply with the Tertiary and International Learners Code of Practice, and takes guidance from SIEBA, with oversight by the Kapiti College Principal and the Board. Our programme is underpinned by the Kapiti College four pou; Excellence & Achievement, Wellbeing & Belonging, Whānau & Community Partnerships, and Cultural Growth. Consequently, our processes, practices, and advice are informed by feedback from our homestay community, our international students, and other partner organisations, such as our school community, education agents, and Immigration New Zealand, so we can offer our homestay host families a strong and supportive framework.
The Homestay Hub is for our registered homestay hosts and this page will link to all our resources, information and everything you need to know.
