The College Finance Office is accessed through the College Office and is staffed from 8am to 4.30pm. Finance Manager Kim Moody is available to talk about any significant issues, with Lynnette Cartmer and Bev Van Schooten manning the desk.
While we would all like education to be entirely free, the sad reality is that there are many things that parents need to pay for, whether these be subject fees, or money for buses and camps.
In order to make payments easy, large numbers of our parents now operate an automatic payment system with fortnightly or monthly payments. Please see the bank account details below. Statements are mailed out each term, though parents can ring or email at any time to request a statement.
Unfortunately uniform cannot be provided on credit unless your school account is in credit.
If you wish to pay by Direct Credit - our Bank account details: 12-3157-0166870-50 (ASB) Paraparaumu. Please quote the Student's Number and Surname in the reference.
If paying to the college bank account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org confirming the payment amount, student name/ number and item(s) paid
