Click the arrow in the top right corner of the form to the left to find the 2026 enrolment form. 

If you wish to edit it digitally you need to download the form. You can open download the word document by clicking the image to the right, or click here to open and download a PDF version. Forms that are filled in digitally need to be printed, signed and scanned before being sent back to the school. 

Completed forms can be returned to tracey.thorpe@kc.school.nz via email, post or in person at the school office.
